Our hope for the future.....

To promote the welfare of people with learning disabilities so as to assist them in realising their full potential. To give our members the confidence and practical help they need to live their lifes to the full and provide respite for their carers.

To offer mutual help and support amongst parents, relatives, friends, carers and teachers of people with learning disabilities.

To raise awareness about learning disabilities in the Slough area and encourage a spirit of understanding and social inclusion. To press for better facilities for people with learning disabilities in the fields of education, employment, residence and general welfare. To co-operate with the authorities in their efforts to further implement these aims.
